Every year people say this will be their year. Really? How can it be your year if you refuse to make any changes. It’s time we as women begin to truly invest in our business. There is no way you can build a profitable business by always searching for “free” ways of doing things. You get out what you put in. Have you hired a business coach? Have you attended a conference, networking event or private event that you had to pay for? This is the year you strategically plan to financially invest in the success of your business. I have decided to invest in a business coach, a speaking coach, attend 3 big conferences (two of them are out of Texas), continue working with my CPA (yes I pay her) and get more polished marketing materials. These investments will help me gain the knowledge necessary to grow Women Are Gamechangers. They will also allow me to show that I do care enough about my business to invest 100% and nothing less.
