How to Make Fried Chicken Without the Heart Attack.

September is our 1 year Anniversary month. So as a tribute to our 1 year in the bloggersphere, we are going to make sure we dig deeper to help you live a healthier lifestyle. You can’t be the gamechanger in business or your career if your health is not a priority.

How to make and eat healthy fried chicken without the heart attack. Well I’m a baker not a cook but I’ve been making the best food lately. Yes I’m bragging. You have to know me to know my brownies are the absolute BEST in the world. I guess I should put that recipe on the blog one day. Help you be a fan favorite with sugar addicts, lol.

If you have been reading the blog, you know my sister (Valencia) has been writing about healthy recipes. Check out her Snickers to Sneakers category for more healthy recipes. But I took a chance on making fried chicken without the heart attack and it came out yum, yum, good!!!

 

Finished Meal

Well here is what I used:

Coconut Oil, the breakfast klub signature seasoning and Grill Masters Mesquite seasoning

Chicken breast (boneless and skinless)

Directions:

Coconut Oil to coat the frying pan. Mix in the breakfast klub signature seasoning. Let it heat up and mix together. Every couple of seconds pick the frying pan up and move it so the oil and seasoning move around to coat the entire bottom of the pan.

Put in chicken that is thawed. Once in the pan, put the mesquite seasoning on both sides of the chicken.

Continue to flip the chicken over so it doesn’t burn. It takes less than 10 minutes to thoroughly cook the chicken.

I made instant potatoes. Yes, instant. Don’t judge, lol. Added the breakfast klub seasoning to it.

And in less than 20 minutes I had a healthy, quick and delicious meal.
