
You’re not going to get this physique with candy and chips. Eat Healthy!!
Okay ladies…and gentlemen I’m going to challenge you to challenge the woman/women in your life (…Your Mother(s)-Mother Figure(s)). The challenge? Well it’s a health and fitness challenge of course!
I want you to participate as well!! I and you as well know that if you don’t have your health you don’t have anything. Having health will allow you to miss less or no work, be more active with yourself, family, friends, events, and actually take your vacations and not use them for sick days, etc. so the best thing you can do you’re yourself is to be More healthy!!
Your mother brought you into this world as healthy as she could, so why not do your best to make sure she stays healthy!!
Many many many challenges to pick from so pick one and stick to it and maybe even after each one add one or switch it up. This should (or is designed) to last 1 year!! Yuppers that’s right 1 year!! Why? Well basically to commit to be healthy and fit for Life not just for a season. Health and fitness should be a lifestyle not just a diet or just to lose 10-30 pounds. It should happen everyday and you should enjoy these lifestyle changes because if you don’t you won’t commit and you’ll eventually go back to your own bad habits.

Push Up Challenge
**Do 1 push up every day and believe it or not you’ll be able to do 365 pushups by next summer!! What good is this you may ask? Well cardiovascular health (after while), stronger chest muscles, and you might even be able to raise money for a charity by joining a pushup challenge!

365 Days of Healthy Eating
**Try a new recipe everyday that’s healthier than what you are eating. You can even try more than one meal or eating entirely healthy with a few Fun meals in between for a year. These new meals will help you get and stay healthy year round.

A Mile a Day Keeps the Doctor Away
**Walk a mile a day everyday! This may seem like a lot but if you think about it, we’re suppose to walk 10,000 miles every day anyway so adding in one extra mile won’t be too much more and will help with your physical body as well as your mental health.

**Meatless Monday
Go meatless on Mondays. I know you’ve probably heard this everywhere but it’s a pretty cool way to incorporate more of a plant based ‘diet’ into your life. While you might be a “steak and potatoes” person adding in more greens, fruits and vegetables will do you and your health a world of good.

**Class is in Session
Try a new class every other day, weekly, biweekly or even monthly. It can be Zumba, Crossfit, Boot Camp, Spin or whatever and see what you and your mother/wife/sister, etc. like about each one and see if you’ll incorporate more often, or just enjoyed the experience and move on.

Take Away
**Take away one “comfort Food” weekly for an entire year. It shouldn’t take a full year you say? Well you’d be surprised at how much food (or so-called food) we really consume on a daily basis. So start with something simple (or even expensive-which is always easier) and continue it for the remainder of the year.

**Soda No More
Replace a can a day/week or however many you consume with water. The benefits are endless from skin, to organs, to bones, to teeth, etc. and you’ll actually like the results you’ll see with your physical body as well.
All of these are just a few ideas of what you can challenge your confidant with!! Both you and her will enjoy these lifestyle changes together and reap wonderful benefits from them as well!!
