50 Ways to Be a Better You for the Summer
1) Life weights, and don’t be afraid to go heavy!
2) Try some Yoga, it promotes flexibility you can do this at the park, at the house, in a yoga studio & even cold or hot!!
3) Go for a Brisk walk everyday and try to add a few more minutes every other day, & if you don’t have the time just add a bit more intensity every few days!
4) STOP Eating Sugar completely; try Sugar in the Raw or Stevia!
5) Motivate and Encourage yourself Everyday!
6) Make an Inspiration Board for your goals and try everyday to get one step closer!
7) Exfoliate everyday when in the shower, this will get rid of dead skin build up and revive your complexion!
8) Moisturize your body every day and night
9) Put sun screen on Everyday when going out, yes even those with darker pigments. Everyone should wear sunscreen.
10) Take care of your eyes, sun glasses, or hats will do.
11) Try a Spin class at your local YMCA or Fitness Club.
12) Kick some butt and try a few Kickboxing classes!
13) Eat MORE veggies! Try to incorporate a least one into every meal.
14) Make fruit your choice for your sweet tooth.
15) Vitamins, Herbs, Supplements, Minerals are all very helpful talk with your doctor and see what your body is missing!
16) Everyday and Everyone should be taking a Multivitamins, it gives your body what it needs from what your ‘diet’ might be lacking in.
17) Keep a food diary, journal, notebook because it can inspire, educate and guide you. You’ll be surprised at where those sneaky extra calories come from!
18) Don’t invest your money on extravagant dinners that you’ll regret the next day invest in some Great Shoes for your next morning’s walk or workout!
19) Use portion control when eating and keep track of the condiments when at home and/or at a restaurant.
20) Don’t overdo the workouts, you’re more likely going to stick with it if you go for it and give it 100% for 15-30minutes at a time instead of trying to do it all at one time and possibly injuring yourself.

26) You might be allergic to foods such as eggs, dairy, fish, chicken, tree nuts soy, etc. so research foods that you could possibly be allergic to and one-at-a-time eliminate them out of your ‘diet’.

29) Don’t TAN, there are other ways to get that glow; spray, rub on or bronzer.
30) DRINK MORE WATER!!!
31) Do one think EVERYDAY that scares you, facing your fear will give you MORE confidence and confidence is Beautiful!

33) Look into becoming a vegan, vegetarian, Raw Vegan, Paleo ‘dieter’. These are strict ways but very very efficient ways to get in shape, and be a healthier you!

49) Get rid of salt, flour, and gluten.
50) Listen to your body, it’s the only one you have, so listen and take care of it and it will take care of you!!
Try each of these and by the time Summer is here, so will a newer healthier you!!
